Design One, Inc., Architects & Project Management is a full service architectural, project management and planning firm that offers service in architecture, planning, project management, construction management, space planning and interior design. Design One is dedicated to integrity of purpose and excellence of design.

The team is headed by the Principal for the firm, Mr. Mani Subra, AlA, an internationally recognized architect with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of architectural practice. Mr. Subra is a registered architect in the U.S., member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and a graduate from Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. Mani Subra believes that success comes from teamwork.

A “perfect” product is the result of harmony between the architect, builder, sub-contractors, and clients. From a luxurious mountain top residential retreat, to a state-of-the-art medical center, his approach to each project is to provide a design that is comfortable, practical and aesthetically stimulating.

Inspired by the beauty of the Southwestern landscape, Design One is perfecting its architectural signature of an environmental design by embracing the natural site, and utilizing form and materials to blend with its surroundings.
